This project took place from April 2021 to September 2021, and the project itself consisted of the design, feed engineering and manufacturing of process industry equipment for Industry leader in bioethanol production in Europe. Equipment that we manufactured is various capacity stainless steel Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, as part of 2 lines of bioethanol plant capacity expansion.
The material from which the vessels are made is AISI304, with approx. dimensions of each vessel ⌀ 2500-2900 mm x 6000 mm, each heat excnanger between 32t up to 52t in weight.
